Mostly based on gitlab fetcher
Tarball link template from nix source code

Note: i did test thi patch only on ursi/get-flake#2 this shouldnt be problem since it is almost identical to this repo
Note: i did test this only with offical sourcehut instance in sourcehut:~p00f/clangd_extensions.nvim on MyConfig (nixos, home manger, etc) at here and here
