This is a basic buildbot server, it will come with its checks plugin for Gerrit, enabling (more complicated) "trusted" CI for Gerrit repositories.

It's a modified version of @puck's Lix buildbot checks for
gerrit.lix.systems with a slight generalization in the configuration for
many repositories.

All that's left is a CORS issue on the check plugin and we are good to merge for a first deployment.
Then, there will be focus on auto-discovery and scheduled tasks.
