A long awaited feature that blocked everyfew that did not have a root token (which will be soon rotated).

The policy will slowly be restrained in scope later on.

So that admin and superadmin deployments can use it.

Blocked on "checking oidc discovery URL" errors which would require logging to root@lix.systems and I seem to have lost that access for now. Pausing the work on this until tomorrow.
