Two mistakes:

  • Lost the remote. component of the settings
  • Accidentally put it in the main gerrit settings file, so the
    replication plugin sees no settings.

This restores it to the state that was working on gerrit.lix.systems
prior.

Well that was stupid. It ignores $HOME even!

okay. i have fixed it, but it still does not work because something on the forgejo side is wonk, but i have absolutely no way to understand why the hook failed.
