I think there will be lixcon staff only in the morning and probably only friday. I was thinking about handing out a list to the security guys for late people (as the grand continent does). Then the badge should allow people to go in and out (we have to pass according instructions to the security).

May be add a note about the fact that security guards speak very bad english and that people should not hesitate to contact the staff using the contact information at the back of the badge if needed.
