The date is slightly knowingly messed up on the post so that hugo doesn't hide it for being in the future (lol).

I am starting to dislike scss now that vanilla CSS has relative colours, but oh well.

This PR is marked WIP until we make an actual 2.91 release, since we need several parts like nixpkgs PR among other things to actually be able to release this.

I found it really hard to read what was actually code, so this change
adds a very subtle hint of colour around all the code which has cheeky
border radii. I've also cheekily made the font a tiny bit smaller for
inline code so that even with the required padding, it does not mess up
the line spacing visibly.
