Eelco Dolstra 59e4f65298 * Speed up the jobset index page. Especially the query to get the 
inactive jobs was quite slow.
* "IndexBy" -> "IndexOn".

../nix/<storepath> should return a HTTP error.  Otherwise,
  mirror-channel.pl will happily mirror the error page.
