The current rpfilter situation is bad due to OVH blasting us weird broadcast traffic from 224.0.0.102 that the Linux kernel happily forward to all the MACVTAP because well… yeah, they're connected to the Ethernet segment.

I suggest that we block all broadcast traffic at the hypervisor level.
