wildcards are not allowed in the headers.
We need to include credentials as well.

fix(buildbot): remove CORS wildcards for their precise Gerrit hosts
...
wildcards are not supported in CORS headers, so this design was quite
wrong actually.
We can just use the actual Gerrit hostname for now.
