Delete branch "upgrade-gerrit-differently"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This does a bit more than advertised, since this also switches to a
different set of Bazel package building infrastructure that I'm hoping
will be more extensible than buildBazelPackage as it exists in nixpkgs
today.
In any case, the FOD here seems to be much more stable than that
previously produced by the old approach, but no promises :)
Thoughts on moving this to its own flake maybe?
I could certainly be convinced
we're probably not the only ones who'd like to use it, I am all for giving it its own flake
Fixes #21.
