add pos to EvalState::forceValue
- This way we improve error messages
  on infinite recursion
- Demo:
  ```nix
  let
    x = builtins.fetchMercurial x;
  in
  x
  ```
- Before:
  ```bash
  $ nix-instantiate --show-trace --strict
  error: infinite recursion encountered
  ```
- After:
  ```bash
  nix-instantiate --show-trace --strict
  error: infinite recursion encountered
