Eelco Dolstra 9ccbd55c5b BinaryCacheStore: Implement addToStore()
So now you can do

  $ NIX_REMOTE=file:///tmp/binary-cache nix-instantiate '<nixpkgs>' -A hello

and lots of other operations.
