This should be done as a second flake in a subdirectory so that it doesn't add flake inputs to the main flake, since those will pollute downstream lock files and confuse the hell out of users.

Currently we don't have adequate validation that more complex configurations evaluate (see recent issues) or also that stuff like our overrides evaluate successfully.
