Not 100% sure this means but we're pretty sure it's done :)

Jade's hypothesis:

binaryTarballs is a job in the lix repo's hydraJobs or something. It produces the tarball of the /nix/store that would be required to install Lix. That's produced by releng (in the Lix repo) on release builds. Those are being shoved in an S3 bucket for cache, so that part's done.

The other part is updating the installer URLs, and those are also automated.
