crosspost from matrix: We should have our governance discussion, either synchronously or asynchronously sometime soon. As in: figure out how we transition from a consensus-based model to a model that is more capable of resolving conflicts and more scalable. In my opinion, this includes both the technical side of things as well as the social side; we should try to codify "moderation team", "infrastructure team" and "cpplix team" (sorry about that last name) responsibilities and operations (despite, at least early on, most of us wearing multiple hats)
