I'm frustrated when I am looking why I get locking issues when actually I got a locking issue someday and I don't realize that no one is owning the lock and I would like Nix to cleanup all ongoing lock issues.

Describe the solution you'd like

nix doctor store-locks would look in /nix/store for individual store paths lock and advise whether they need to be removed (and could do the removal without the unsafe mounting)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Fix the root cause but heh.
