Describe the bug

The issue template for missing/wrong documentation has a few mistakes:

The label (documentation) should be docs instead, documentation does not exist.
The link to the latest lix manual is wrong; it is [latest Lix manual] \([source]\) and should be [latest Lix manual][source].

Steps To Reproduce

docs issue label:

Create a new docs issue from the template
Verify that no docs label is added (e.g. see #516)

Go to the issue template in this repo: link
Click on Prevew
