Codechecker can produce actually reasonable reports and can produce Gerrit comments with the summary of said reports: https://codechecker.readthedocs.io/en/latest/jenkins_gerrit_integration/

I noted on #147 that clang-tidy has really terrible output formatting that nobody deserves to have to deal with regularly. CodeChecker can fix this.
