move officialRelease to version.json #406

you know what would make all of the everything a lot easier? if officialRelease were in version.json. we should do that!

i realized i wanted this when i thought about the sketchy releng code to extract it, then was working on the lix-nixos-module where it is actually impossible to get the information because it's in flake.nix, and this really needs to be better.

tasks: make the change on main and backport to release-2.90 so we have niceness for rc2.
