We just found out that gerrit doesn't let us push tags with not yet existent content. We didn't check if having the content in review first fixes it though; need to try that next...

We worked around this in https://gerrit.lix.systems/c/lix/+/1455 by simply stamping the thing and merging it then pushing the tag after that.
