it seems to want to put arrays all packed to few lines but aligned funny. weird stuff, should be discussed and investigated.

https://gerrit.lix.systems/c/lix/+/491 configs in question, they shall be put on hold until they are less bad.

we fixed this in the new version of the config, it now looks vaguely like rustfmt
