Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The release-notes machinery supports display names and we have put in the obvious ones, but we aren't sure how people we've not yet added want to be referred to, so there's a lot of defaulting to usernames.
