- doc/manual/src/quick-start.md Currently it suggests installing Nix, which isn't quite right.
- doc/manual/src/introduction.md Currently it refers to Nix rather than Lix and should have the changes to the readme propagated.
- book.toml should say Lix reference manual
- Other references should be fixed up.
