Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Make it possible to track if the author of a CL has already submitted tests and or release notes.
Has-Tests
andHas-Release-Notes
.Range 0 to +1, allows self-votes to allow author to mark them as present before review.
Specify that +1 is also equivalent to "not needed" and block submission otherwise
also copy votes very liberally imo
