--show-trace error message should suggest using --debugger #1011

In another discussion we were talking about post-facto debugger attachment. This is currently not technically possible, but we print a message telling users to pass --show-trace; it should just suggest using the debugger probably?

We don't really have great docs of how to use the debugger also, or like, a suggestion for new users that "no really you want to :st 3 i promise". Perhaps it should say the basics of how to use it in the startup message? I don't think a little clutter in there is very bad esp if we are very concise.
