link to "Freezes and recommended contributions" in FAQ is wrong #12

It links to CONTRIBUTING.md in the lix repo, which is not just the wrong link but also still describes the completely different contribution workflow that nix uses, which is greatly confusing for new developers trying to contribute to lix. The link should presumably instead go to https://wiki.lix.systems/books/lix-contributors/page/freezes-and-recommended-contributions.
