lix-installer places a copy of itself in /nix/nix-installer for uninstallation, but some documentation states it is in /nix/lix-installer. We should either fix the documentation or rename everything to lix-installer and have a fallback to /nix/nix-installer for uninstall

I thought this was supposed to be symlinked to both, or at least, we agreed to do it, but whether it was actually implemented I am not so sure.
