Note: I'm taking @ktemkin to her word that she is the only copyright holder that needs to consent to this change. I do not have full context or history on this repository, and I have only done cursory research into the IP ownership of the files in this repository. Approving and merging this PR should only be done with the understanding that relicensing needs authorization of all involved IP holders.

Fixes #3.

The current licensing terms for the Lix branding are very difficult to
follow. Not only do they require interpreting an unnamed German legal
contract to figure out the rights and restrictions, but the restrictions
are unusual for logos, which are meant to be reproduced in various
places to refer to Lix.

In the future Lix could still pursue registering the logo as a trademark
to meaningfully restrict the use of the branding to specific contexts.
CC0 does not exclude trademark restrictions, as explicitly mentioned in
the license text:

a. No trademark or patent rights held by Affirmer are waived, abandoned,
surrendered, licensed or otherwise affected by this document.

I will take care of ensuring that the PR can be merged, thanks. I hope to get this done in one or two weeks.

To the extent that I own any copyright to anything in this repo (some matrix icons iirc), I agree to the relicensing.
