As a security service provider, I want to be able to deploy all components of the Nixpkgs security tracker by following a single set of instructions.

Acceptance criteria:

Given I have all required resources pre-provisioned (such as VMs running NixOS),
When I follow all manual steps as documented and deploy the linked NixOS configurations after setting my custom parameters (such as DNS domain, IP addresses, secrets, …),
Then the Nixpkgs security tracker will run with all the same functionality as on official NixOS infrastructure (such as automatic evaluations, error tracing, metrics, automatic deployments on updates, automatic database dumps)
