As a security team member, when triaging through uncategerorised CVEs, I want to be able to dismiss multiple CVEs at once, in the case of them not being relevant to Nixpkgs at all.

The reasoning for this is, that many CVEs are immediatly identifiable as belonging to a proprietary product, e.g. Cisco hardware.

This means I want to be able to

start a bulk selection action
select multiple items at once, while being able to skip items in the selection
confirm that the bulk needs to be removed from the triage list
