fix(dns): dnsimple expects FQDNs in CNAMEs
DNSimple doesn't appear to follow the typical behaviour of appending the
domain unless the CNAME is terminated with `.`

To avoid further problems, let's just explicilty use the FQDN for all
CNAMEs.
