Eelco Dolstra ca00aa1171 * Allow empty argument lists in function definitions (e.g., `{}:
bla').  Also allow trailing commas (`{x, y,}: ...') as a unintented
  consequence.  Hopefully the reduce/reduce conflict won't cause any
  problems.
